Stampzy is made by one person. Email lands in my own inbox, and I am the one who replies.
The address on the stamp is wrong or missing
Check that Settings › Stampzy › Location is set to “While Using the App” and that “Precise Location” is on. Step into the open and wait a few seconds for GPS to settle — the accuracy is shown on the stamp.
Right at the boundary between two communes, the result depends on GPS accuracy. If you see a clearly wrong address, email me the coordinates from the stamp and the correct commune; the boundary data will be fixed in an update.
The stamp says “Device time” instead of “Verified time”
Stampzy needs a connection at least once every 24 hours to check the time. Open the app on Wi-Fi or mobile data; after that the stamp says “Verified time”, even without signal. Changing the clock manually invalidates the previous check.
Photos are not in the Photos app
Turn on saving to Photos in Stampzy's settings, and check that Settings › Stampzy › Photos allows “Add Photos Only”. Photos are always in the app's own library whether or not this option is on.
Restoring a purchase
New phone or reinstalled the app: open the Stampzy Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. You need a connection and the Apple ID you bought with.
Cancelling a subscription
Go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Stampzy and tap Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date (or before the yearly plan's 3-day trial ends). Lifetime has nothing to cancel.
Suggest a template
Does your line of work need a template that is not there yet, or a missing field? Email me what you do and what has to appear on the photo — Stampzy's templates are built from exactly that kind of feedback.
Reporting a bug
Email me your iPhone model, iOS version, Stampzy version (in the app's settings), the template you were using and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps. If a photo shows an address or anything sensitive, feel free to blur it before sending.
